The HEAT: Get use to enjoying the wedges of lemons in whole, its important.

Keep a cold soaked bandana around your neck, if it gets too much, eat another lemon, and place another cool damp bandana under your cap. (I use only 100% cotton painter rags, the lemon consumption is very important) Most construction workers can verify the importance of the Lemon p.s. no, not the seeds (lemonade isn't the equivalent, sorry, try the rind, if you like the SUN) Restrict yourself to natural sugars, and enjoy the Out Doors. . . . eat your lemon. |
Bees
|
Bees are attracted to the color ultraviolet. May & September they have young, and are more sensitive, they will attack the mere loudness in a voice. Use caution if a swarm is noticed. It is a new colony, looking for a home, and there can easily bee more that 25,000 present, Do NOT tease bees. The important thing to know about them, is that the soldiers have a scent in the stinger that allows them the then advantage of knowing their target, the only difference in the Killer Bee, is that the scent has been genetically amplified 40 times. If your stung, keep your head, do not panic, noise & extreme swatting is your worst defense. Get those feet moving, and don't stop to see what's coming, they WILL be close behind, get that scent off, immediately. I raise bees, and a couple times a year, I get better that 100 bites at once, it's more like a skeeter bite now, but very much more dangerous. A stiff water hose, 10-20 houses down, (not indoors, they will find you) and swift feet (hopefully your wearing your PF Fliers) make for the bees defeat up on the attack. Avoid strenuous activity for at least 72 hrs. Return to the scene only if your certain you've washed up thoroughly. There's not much that can compare to the immense stimulant in the poisonous adrenalin to a heart stirring up the venom already in your blood. If your bitten over 10,000 times at once, seek medical assistance. Or head to downtown City offices and get advise or a ride to a funeral parlor. If your uncomfortable being in the thickets, pocket a motel size bar of soap, and keep in mind the presence of open water back down the path as your best resources for survival. Smoke calms bees, but unless your going to ignite yourself, cigarettes are not worthy deterrents. Only a fool would use fire to get rid of a hive. Soapy water is not an effective form of pesticide. Call a Professional Exterminator, which carries a bee permit. Bees can be moved easily. If you want to trap them, mix your favorite bourbon, two teaspoons with 1/2 cup honey, in a pint canning jar. using an ice pick, to make tiny holes, not allowing the souped up honey to flow thru, mount it lid down, between blocks, so that the bees can get to the lid and eat thru the holes at the bottom. Place the setup in your hive (the new home w/cells) close by the existing bees. After a few days, I usually give it a week and triple the amount of mixture, just cause I prefer not to be stung . . . at night (bees are highly active in morning and evening), with a smoker in hand, carefully duck tape the ONLY entrance closed, with all the bees inside. I probably don't need to describe what will happen if you don't work diligently & quietly, or spare tape because of its price. Give it to the City, as a gift! DO NOT leave a card. |

Muscle aches & pain

Have you ever wondered why you feel so relaxed after a warm shower or bath? Well, the answer is not in the hot water. Bar soaps are made with extremely high concentrates of potassium. The effect is similar to the needed potassium required to relieve cramps and spasms in the muscles. The heat from the water does open the pores, which allows, the potassium to enter, but in the concentrates that are in Bar Soaps, all you need to wake up every morning, feeling like you want to take on the World, is to place a Bar of bath soap, in between your sheets in bed. Yea, it will take some adjusting, to get use to, BUT, you will wake up every morning, without the tenseness, in your shoulders, down your back, arms & legs, PLUS, you'll smell a little better ! I've always had to keep a stalk of bananas on the nightstand, and a salt shaker, for serious cramping. I actually hung up screaming at a neighbor that I called to get a ride to ER one night, they were so severe, after I called 'em CRAZY for making such a suggestion. I am now, for ever indebted, that the suggestion to place a bar of soap between my knees was made. No more pill bottle by my bed. (20 MINUTES, & MY LIFE CHANGED FOREVER). PRICELESS |
A Little Pepper Advantage

HOT Peppers contain a chemical active ingredient, called capstan. ( A Pain Killer ) Most sports cream (rubs) ointments are loaded with it, with some potassium, need I even mention. The problem with HOT peppers, is they can easily become introduced into the bodies system, where as one might not enjoy them at 1st, the body acknowledges the need readily, sending a transmitted neuron, that its OK., Once you start to indulge heavier and heavier into treating yourself, with something your body likes, the more you eat over an extended duration, the heat lessens & lessens, until after a few years, you have no notice of the heat, and minor injuries, are disregarded. A very serious problem, then adds itself to your lack of awareness in how much you are actually hurting. You'll have a little less that 2 minutes, if you ever are in an accident, to where the body calls for the need of your endorphins, to eliminate the intense pain, and once that wares off, brother, your in for a renewed experience on pain, one like you haven't begun to imagine. I used to gluten on Hot Peppers, till it was too late. I even made my own rub, adding Hot Peppers to soak in rubbing alcohol, them straining it to remove the pumice. Consume Hot Peppers modestly |
Colds to Pneumonia

As hesitant, as I am, to express the precaution needed, in the attention to criteria's over extenuated circumstances that are individually prioritized in the individual stages requiring the uses for antihistamines, antiseptics, and the numerous other NMO's as pretreatment for respiratory ailments, It should never be considered inconclusive, that they aid in a diagnosed recovery. Through out our childhood years, on into becoming adults, we have all been introduced to the importance of Vitamin C as playing an important role in preventing the common cold. In this, we have repeatedly been influenced by the consumption, as the outward concept merely lacked in the development, toward its beneficial concept. Vitamin C, is very important, it builds strong immune systems, but the underlying benefit is non existent without the catalyst that activates, and works indivisible from it. MILK + SUNSHINE Vitamin D, and I must preclude, is quickly fatal if to much is consumed, is the only chemical that will create the breakdown and allow the dispersement of Vitamin C through out the body. It is what allows Vitamin C the ability to work. We all have retained such doses, over years and years of adding to the intake, that's why we feel somewhat, the natural need for the carbonation in soft drinks, as an answer, it gives us a unacquainted misrepresentation of its actual benefit, by inducing a breaking down of the imbalance. Where the Vitamin D comes in to its importance, is that it stimulates, the actions & enhances Vitamin C. Whereas in a similar instance, the overpowering of the immune is allowed in the destructive attributes the pharmaceuticals aim to achieve. However important, without the proper balance of Vitamin D, these will be ineffective. Most of the prescribed respiratory medications, do not allow for the consumption of dairy products, for this reason, un evident in the fact, the assumed equivalent of Vitamin D, is present. This is the disabling preset to why your system is non functioning to begin with, and very expected of each reaction to its contrary deployment given the fatigue, that's even more lapsing as other nourishment is digested, that tends to add to the integrity that created it. Simply put ~ Don't catch Colds, by preventing them, or being responsible enough to practice preventative measures. At the very 1st instance you feel, any stuffiness, and or congestion coming on, apply the nourishment of Vitamin D. Chug a lug a half gallon (adult size colds) room temp MILK, take only a warm shower, get some Vick's mentholated rub, inside the nose, under it, on your throat and chest, slip into a loose all cotton, pajama, and get in bed, refrain from being uncomfortable, by creating a gentle soft, normal atmosphere directly around you for your recuperating area. If you are restless, more MILK, will defeat the anxieties built in your tummy, and the more you ingest, the better you'll feel, when you awaken. Lactose intolerant: Sunshine ! |

Through out the '70s, '80s, '90s and presently, a common form of needed medication has been introduce called Melatonin, which gave people the necessary toxin, required to mellow them out of their un natural state of anxiety. Its' too bad that this common type of dependency, for outside help, has become so prevalent, when the best form, in laughter, has & all ways will, be the ONION. The active chemical ingredient. Tryptophan, a derivative chemical acquired in the consumption of Turkey, has the same similar properties, and neither should be eaten for breakfast, or lunch, to avoid being productively assertive in any given work day. |
The Smoking Trigger

It will be easier, for those who are considering giving up on their consumption of nicotine, to digest large amounts of citrus products, not confusing this with a vitamin C supplement. Citrus has the chemical needed to actively trigger back at the point in your brains neurons, the ability to unlock, the strengths you need, weakened by the NO message, and overcome the fight to say no. It will give you back the ability to take over that message, and fight back & win. |

are others out there suffering now, I put together this list. It is of
natural remedies for possible short term relief and a few pointers for the
long haul.
Golden Seal - a common herb in small quantities can ease allergies. Mint - A few drops of your favorite mint essential oil in a handkerchief breathed slowly through nose and mouth. The same few drops of essential oil could be placed in a small bowl of steaming water. Then hold head over steam and breath full and slow. Lavender - tea made from the flowers will act as a mild sedative and will ease congestion and relieve headaches. Hyssop - tea will also do the same. CAUTION: If pregnant, or trying to get pregnant, avoid this remedy. Also there are warnings for those who are high strung. Cayenne - or any other pepper with
capstan can be helpful, but unappetizing to many. Myself, being addicted
to hot and spicy it is no problem. Whatever your cooking add as much of a
hot pepper as you can take. It will usually clear your sinuses before your
meal is over. Additional benefits are that your brain will flood you body
with endorphins. These are our brains pleasure and pain killing chemicals,
built in drugs, yeah!. Related compounds will also lower Garlic - can help reduce blood pressure which can relieve some forms of head ache. Honey/bee pollen - Another list member suggested local honey. This typically is a long term preventative measure as is eating bee pollen. The theory is that by exposing yourself to natural pollens from your environment, you will build up a tolerance and immunity to these pollens. Many speculate that it is the sheltered environments we live in that lead to our becoming allergic to natural air. Others claim our diminished immune systems are to blame from our lifestyles in general, namely lack of exercise. According to Celtic Shaman Andy
